游戏疗法在住院儿童心理护理中的效果评价（Effect evaluation of play therapy in psychological nursing of hospitalized children）

Abstract：With the transformation of paediatric medical model, the mental health needs of hospitalized children are increasingly concerned. Traditional psychological nursing mostly relies on language communication and behavior guidance. However, due to the limited cognitive development level of preschool and young children, it is often difficult to effectively express their inner fear and anxiety, resulting in poor compliance, prominent negative emotions and other problems, which has become a key difficulty affecting the rehabilitation process and nursing quality of hospitalized children. In order to make up for the inadequate adaptability of existing interventions in the young population, this study introduced play therapy as a supplementary strategy for psychological nursing of hospitalized children, aiming to build a nonverbal psychological support path through symbolic play activities that conform to children’s nature, so as to alleviate separation anxiety, pain fear and behavioral withdrawal of children due to hospitalization.
