温针灸改善风寒湿型肩周炎患者症状的临床观察
周琪 Qi Zhou, 赵小平 Xiaoping Zhao Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of warm acupuncture in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder of wind-cold-damp type. Methods:A total of 120 patients with periarthritis of shoulder of cold-damp type treated in the Acupuncture Department of Corps Kuitun Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2025 to January 2026 were enrolled and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the sequence of consultation, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received conventional acupuncture treatment, while the observation group was treated with warm acupuncture on the basis of conventional acupuncture. The treatment was performed once a day,six times a week, for a continuous course of 7–15 days. The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)pain score, shoulder range of motion(anterior flexion, abduction, external rotation)and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results:After treatment, the VAS scores of both groups decreased compared with those before treatment, and the score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.001). The improvement of shoulder anterior flexion, abduction and external rotation range of motion in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.001). The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%(56/60),which was higher than 78.33%(47/60)of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.015). Conclusion:Warm acupuncture can significantly relieve pain, improve shoulder joint range of motion and ameliorate wind-cold-damp syndromes in patients with periarthritis of shoulder of wind-cold-damp type, and its clinical efficacy is superior to conventional acupuncture.
