温经汤口服联合防裂膏外用治疗慢性湿疹的临床疗效研究
王凤娟 Fengjuan Wang Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy, symptom improvement effect and recurrence prevention value of oral Wenjing Decoction combined with external Anticrack Ointment for chronic eczema, compare its advantages and disadvantages with conventional Western medicine monotherapy, and provide a safe and efficient optimal integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine regimen for the clinical management of chronic eczema. Methods:A total of 60 patients with chronic eczema admitted to the Outpatient Department of Dermatology and Venereology of the hospital from June to December 2025 were enrolled as research subjects. The patients were divided into a treatment group and a control group using the random number tablemethod, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received oral loratadine tablets alone. The treatment group was treated with an integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine protocol:orally administered decocted Wenjing Decoction combined with external Anticrack Ointment. Both groups received a 4-week treatment course. After treatment, the overall clinical effective rate,Eczema Area and Severity Index(EASI)score and subjective pruritus score were compared between the two groups. The disease recurrence rate was recorded during the 3-month follow-up.Results:After treatment, the overall clinical effective rate and 3-month recurrence rate of the treatment group were significantly superior to those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the EASI score and pruritus score of the treatment group were better than those of the control group, and the intergroup differences in all indicators were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Oral Wenjing Decoction combinedwith external Anticrack Ointment exerts therapeutic effects of simultaneous internal and external treatment and addressing bothsymptoms and root causes for chronic eczema. It can rapidly relieve core symptoms including skin pruritus, lichenified lesionsand dry chapping, repair skin barrier function, regulate the imbalance of qi and blood in the body fundamentally, and reduce the risk of long-term recurrence. With definite efficacy and high safety, this regimen possesses remarkable advantages over Western medicine monotherapy, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
