消化道出血患者的急救治疗方案与临床配合（Emergency Treatment Plan and Clinical Cooperation for Patients with Gastrointestinal Bleeding）

Abstract：Objective To optimize the first-aid and clinical mode for patients with gastrointestinal bleeding in primary hospitals andimprove the treatment effect.Methods A total of 60 patients with gastrointestinal bleeding from April 2024 to July 2025 were ran-domly divided into control group(routine emergency care)and experimental group(precision emergency+systematic clinical care),with30 cases in each group.complication rate and clinical satisfaction were compared.Results The hemostasis time of the experimentalgroup(15.2±3.6)h was shorter than that of the control group(28.7±5.1)h(t=12.438,P＜0.001);the complication rate(6.7%)and satis-faction rate(96.7%)were better than those of the control group(26.7%,73.3%)(χ 2 =4.320,6.405,P=0.038,0.011).Conclusion Precisionfirst aid combined with systematic clinical care can shorten hemostasis time,reduce risks and improve patient recognition,which is suitable for promotion in primary hospitals.
