浅谈智能信息化科技在中学体育与健康课程中的应用（A Brief Discussion on the Application of Intelligent Information Technology in Secondary School Physical Education and Health Curriculum）

Abstract：With the rapid development of information technology, it has been widely infiltrated into various fields, and educational informatization has become an inevitable trend. The reform of physical education in middle schools is also imperative.This study aims to explore the effective application of information technology in middle school physical education. Through literature research, case analysis and survey research, relevant information is sorted out and analyzed. The research finds that information technology is mainly used in middle school physical education to assist teaching with multimedia teaching software, monitor in real time with intelligent wearable devices, and expand learning space with online teaching platforms. However, in the process of application, there are some problems, such as insufficient ability of teachers to apply information technology, imperfect hardware facilities, and uneven quality of information resources. In response to these problems, strategies such as strengthening teacher training, increasing hardware investment, and establishing resource review mechanisms should be adopted. This study is of great significance for improving the quality of middle school physical education and stimulating students' interest in learning.
