浅析化工生产装置自控阀的技术参数(A Brief Analysis of Technical Parameters for Self-Regulating Valves in Chemical Production Facilities)

Abstract:With the continuous advancement of chemical automation technology, self-acting control valves have been widely applied in chemical process control. Chemical production facilities are complex and involve intricate processes, with process media often presenting risks such as high temperature and pressure, toxicity, flammability, explosiveness, and corrosion. These factors impose extremely stringent requirements on process parameter control, making self-acting control valves irreplaceable in chemical process control. Proper design and selection of self-acting control valves in chemical production can reduce operators' workload, improve efficiency, and achieve energy conservation and consumption reduction.
