校企合作受限背景下人工智能赋能县域中职“双师型”教师培养路径研究
文燕 胡县域中职学校是基层技术技能人才培养的主阵地，“双师型”教师队伍建设是其核心竞争力，更是衔接乡村振兴与县域产业升级的关键支撑。受县域经济水平、产业结构等因素制约，县域中职校企合作存在层次浅、实践资源不足、协同性弱等方面的局限，影响了“双师型”教师实践能力提升。人工智能技术凭借虚拟仿真、资源整合、远程协同等优势，可有效突破这一困境。本文结合县域中职校企合作实际局限，重点探索人工智能赋能“双师型”教师培养的具体路径，为县域中职突破合作瓶颈、提升教师队伍质量提供实践借鉴。
