标准化护理管控方案在手术室中的应用效果及对不良事件风险的影响研究(Standardized process control reduces the risk of adverse events during the transfer of surgical patients)
刁瑞 Rui Diao Abstract: Objective To analyze the effect and application value of implementing a standard transfer process management for patients undergoing surgery, and to investigate whether this method can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events. Methods A total of800 surgical patients admitted from January to December 2024 were selected for analysis. They were divided into two groups based on different transfer management models: conventional transfer management and transfer standardization process management, with400 cases in each group. The incidence of transfer adverse events, transfer time, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of transfer adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the transfer time and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were better than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (p < 0.05). Conclusion Standardized management of patients during the transfer process can effectively avoid risks, reduce the incidence of adverse events, improve transfer efficiency and nursing satisfaction, and is worthy of promotion and application.
