标准化分析前质量控制在临床微生物检验中的应用效果对比研究
李萌 Meng Li Abstract:Objective:To comparatively analyze specimen quality and test errors before and after the implementation of standardized pre?analytical quality control system for clinical microbiological examination, and clarify the clinical application value of the quality control system. Methods:A total of 110 clinical microbiological specimens received by our hospital throughout 2025 were selected as research subjects. According to the implementation time of quality control, they were divided into control group(January?June 2025,without standardized quality control,55 specimens)and observation group(July?December 2025,with standardized whole?process pre?analytical quality control,55 specimens). The unqualified specimen rate, test error rate, overtime?submission rate of specimens and clinical satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:The unqualified specimen rate, total test error rate and overtime?submission rate of specimens in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(*P*<0.05). The satisfaction of clinicians with microbiological examination in the observation group was markedly higher than that in the control group(*P*<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing standardized pre?analytical quality control system in clinical microbiological examination can effectively reduce unqualified specimen rate and test errors, standardize the whole process of specimen collection, transportation and reception, improve the accuracy of etiological diagnosis, and provide reliable basis for clinical precise anti?infective treatment, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
