Abstract:Objective To further clarify the value of preventing and controlling intraoperative hypothermia in patients undergoing robotic urological surgery, and to explore the correlation between temperature fluctuations and intraoperative adverse events. Methods A total of 120 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to June 2025 were selected for the study. They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received conventional anesthesia temperature management; the observation group adopted a comprehensive anesthesia management model. The main indicators of the two groups were compared. Results The average core temperature drop during the operation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the incidence of hypothermia and the number of anesthesia recoveryrelated complications were less in the observation group, and the awakening time was shortened; the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(p<0.05). Conclusion Eff ective comprehensive anesthesia management can maintain the intraoperative body temperature stability of patients undergoing robotic urological surgery, which is conducive to improving anesthesia safety and quality, and meeting the clinical medical needs for long-term precise operation of robotic surgery.
