Abstract：This article focuses on the fusion of artificial intelligence with college sports development within the context of educational digitalization. It examines the current utilization of artificial intelligence technology in college physical education instruction, student physical health supervision, and sports resource administration. The article analyzes the existing challenges in implementing intelligent sports technology related to technical compatibility, digital proficiency of educators and students, and standardization of management systems. By addressing technological enhancements, pedagogical reforms, institutional support, and resource coordination, a pragmatic approach to enhancing university sports programs through artificial intelligence is delineated. The study reveals that artificial intelligence has the potential to rectify deficiencies in traditional college physical education instruction and management, advancing physical education towards individualization and precision. The research outcomes offer valuable insights for the intelligent advancement of college physical education.
