智能化术前访视系统在麻醉术前评估中的应用效果(The application effect of the intelligent preoperative visitation system in preoperative assessment for anesthesia)
成浩 Hao Cheng Abstract: Objective To explore the practical effects of using an intelligent visit system in preoperative assessment of anesthesia surgeries, improve the information collection before the surgery, and reduce surgical risks. Methods A total of 240 patients scheduled for elective surgeries were selected as the research subjects, divided into the passive group (control group) and the active group(experimental group). In the latter group, an intelligent preoperative visit program was adopted to obtain the basic information and preliminary risk assessment of the patients, and they would also receive health education. Then, the differences in the time used for preoperative evaluation, information accuracy and completeness, preoperative anxiety levels, preoperative missed reading rate, and patient satisfaction between the two methods were compared. Results The preoperative evaluation time of the observation group was significantly shortened, the information completeness was higher, the preoperative anxiety score and information omission rate were lower than those of the control group; the patient satisfaction was higher, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion In conclusion, the application of an intelligent preoperative observation system before anesthesia in surgical patients can standardize the preoperative assessment procedure, make up for the deficiencies of conventional observation methods, improve the quality of preoperative assessment, and is worthy of promotion and application in the anesthesia management during the surgical period.
