早期康复训练在胃肠道肿瘤术后护理中的价值研究（A Study on the Value of Early Rehabilitation Training in Postoperative Care of Gastrointestinal Tumors）

Abstract：Objective To investigate the application value of early rehabilitation training in postoperative care for gastrointestinal tumors.Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent gastrointestinal tumor surgery from December 2025 to February 2026 were randomly divided into a control group (n=40) and an observation group (n=40).The control group received conventional postoperative care, while the observation group received early rehabilitation training in addition to standard care.The recovery of intestinal function,hospitalization duration,incidence of complications,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group showed shorter postoperative times for flatus passage,defecation, and hospitalization compared to the control group,with a lower incidence of complications (P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation training can promote recovery in postoperative patients with gastrointestinal tumors and reduce the risk of complications,making it worthy of clinical promotion.
