新质生产力驱动下线性文化遗产景观高质量发展的质性研究——以山东大运河德州段为例(A Qualitative Study on High-Quality Development of Linear Cultural Heritage Landscapes Driven by New-Quality Productive Forces : Taking the Dezhou Section of the Grand Canal in Shandong as an Example)

Abstract: The construction of national cultural parks and the high-quality development strategy are promoted simultaneously, which makes the protection and renewal of Linear Cultural Heritage Landscapes fall into the structural tension between "rigid protection" and "innovation demands". The proposal of the concept of new quality productivity provides a theoretical entrance and practical resources for solving this tension. Taking the Dezhou section of the Grand Canal in Shandong Province as a case, under the guidance of the interpretative phenomenological method, this study conducted semi-structured in-depth interviews with 24 actors, including planning managers, designers, community residents and tourists, and combined with field observations and video data to explore the in-situ process of understanding, applying and hindering the new productivity in the landscape practice field. With the help of Colaizzi's phenomenological analysis path to complete the text coding and theme construction, the study found that the new productivity in the canal landscape presented three practical forms: technology as the medium of cultural transformation, materials as the carrier of aesthetic dialogue, and IP as the contact point of relationship reconstruction. At the same time, three groups of core contradictions have been exposed in practice, namely, technology suspension and local de embedding, engineering orientation and lack of humanistic temperature, protection and isolation and community vitality decline. Based on this, this paper constructs a high-quality landscape development integration model with "narrative integration aesthetic remodeling value symbiosis" as the main axis, and points out that the core of high-quality development is not technology superposition or shape optimization, but the creative intervention of new quality productivity to make the canal landscape evolve from "static protection object" to "organic cultural life" and "symbiotic society space system". The research provides an empirical basis for understanding the theoretical meaning of new productivity in the field of cultural landscape, and also contributes to the design strategy and governance idea based on local practice for the sustainable renewal of similar linear cultural heritage.
