Abstract:China’s new energy industry has entered a critical transformation stage. There is no mature closed-loop linkage between technological research and industrial planning. The coupled development is restricted by inadequate adaptation, scattered innovative resources, weak multi-subject collaboration and imperfect supporting systems. Based on collaborative innovation and coupling theories, this paper analyzes the current situation and operation modes of coupling, summarizes existing constraints, and proposes targeted optimization measures. The research aims to improve the two-way coupling mechanism and promote the coordinated development of new energy industry.
