新能源产业化工安全风险辨识与全过程管控策略研究(Research on Chemical Safety Risk Identification and Whole-process Control Strategies in the New Energy Industry)

孙建 Jian Sun
Abstract:With the rapid large-scale and industrialized development of the new energy industry, chemical production processes in core sectors including lithium batteries, photovoltaic materials, hydrogen energy and energy storage have become increasingly complex. These processes involve high-risk technologies and media characterized by flammability and explosiveness, toxicity and corrosiveness, as well as high temperature and high pressure. Chemical safety risks have taken on brand-new features of concealment, complexity and suddenness, rendering the traditional extensive safety management model incompatible with the development demands of the industry. Based on the full life cycle of chemical production in the new energy industry, this paper systematically sorts out potential safety hazards in all links such as raw material preparation, synthetic reactions, finished product processing, warehousing and transportation, and waste disposal. By adopting professional risk identification methods including HAZOP, LOPA and FTA, it accurately identifies core safety risks from five dimensions: equipment, technology, personnel, management and environment. In light of the production characteristics of the new energy chemical industry and current safety management specifications, a whole-process safety control system integrating source prevention and control, in-process supervision, end-of-pipe treatment and emergency support is constructed. Targeted and implementable optimization strategies for risk control are proposed, which provide theoretical support and practical references for new energy chemical enterprises to consolidate safety defense lines, eliminate production safety hazards, and realize coordinated development of safety and production capacity.
