Abstract:The construction of the Grand Canal National Cultural Park is now in a critical period of high-quality development and connotation improvement. As a core carrier of Qilu culture, the Shandong section of the Grand Canal preserves a wealth of unique cultural and artistic heritages, including architectural art, folk art, performing art and traditional craftsmanship, which constitute the core cultural resources driving the revitalization of villages along the canal. Against the backdrop of the rapid iteration of digital intelligence technology, how to utilize digital art and intelligent design methodologies to realize the living inheritance of Lu Canal's cultural and artistic heritages, and deeply integrate it with the rural revitalization strategy, has become a frontier topic in the field of art theory and design practice. This study starts from the perspective of art theory, integrates cultural ecology, digital art and art intervention theories, constructs a three-in-one theoretical framework of "digital intelligence empowerment-artistic living inheritance-rural endogenous development", and conducts an in-depth analysis of the realistic dilemmas faced by Lu Canal's cultural and artistic heritages in artistic expression, communication and industrial transformation. On this basis, this study explores the artistic connotations of digital intelligence empowerment from four dimensions: digital protection and reproduction of artistic heritages, innovative immersive artistic narration, expansion of digital art communication channels, and incubation of artistic IP. Finally, it proposes a collaborative practice path from the three levels of art-technology integration, art-industry integration and art governance, aiming to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for the high-quality development of the Grand Canal National Cultural Park (Shandong Section) and the comprehensive revitalization of villages along the canal.
