Abstract: With the advent of the era of intelligent AI, data has become the most important ' new productivity ' of economic and social development. Data standardization is a ' weapon ' to crack the ' information island ' and release the value of data, and it is the key support for building a new development pattern of digital economy. Based on the strategic deployment of the party and the state on the development and construction of digital economy, this paper analyzes the significance, practical path and challenges of data standardization construction in the era of intelligent AI, and puts forward policy suggestions on using standardization to lead the allocation of data factor market and enable new quality productivity, so as to promote the safe and high-quality development of China 's digital economy.
