数字技术赋能农业产业链升级的机制与实践(Mechanism and Practice of Digital Technology Empowering the Upgrading of Agricultural Industry Chain)

Abstract:Against the backdrop of the deep integration of the digital economy and agricultural modernization, digital technology is breaking through the production boundaries and efficiency bottlenecks of traditional agriculture, comprehensively empowering the upgrading of all links in the agricultural industry chain, and becoming the core engine for cultivating new productive forces in agriculture and promoting high-quality agricultural development. Based on the perspective of the entire agricultural industry chain, which includes "production-processing-distribution-sales-service", this paper first defines the core connotation of digital technology empowering the upgrading of the agricultural industry chain and constructs a theoretical framework of "technology penetration-factor reorganization-collaborative optimization".Secondly, it systematically analyzes the empowering mechanisms of key digital technologies such as the Internet of Things, big data, artificial intelligence, and blockchain, explaining the action paths from four dimensions: technological innovation drive, data element support, industry chain collaboration, and market response upgrading. Thirdly, it combines typical practical cases such as Suqian indica rice in Jiangsu, edible mushrooms in Gutian, Fujian, and red dates in Ruoqiang, Xinjiang, to verify the actual effectiveness of digital technology in terms of quality improvement, efficiency enhancement, cost reduction, and consumption reduction, as well as brand value enhancement. Finally, in response to the current issues in agricultural digital transformation such as weak infrastructure, poor data sharing, insufficient talent supply, and fragmented application scenarios, it proposes countermeasures and suggestions such as strengthening infrastructure construction, building a data sharing system, improving talent cultivation mechanisms, and expanding application scenarios across the entire chain. The research can provide theoretical support and practical path references for the digital transformation of China's agricultural industry chain, helping to build a strong agricultural country.
