数字化工具在人力资源弹性配置中的实践路径(The practice path of digital tools in the flexible allocation of human resources)

Abstract: driven by the dual drive of digital economy and organizational change, the traditional human resource allocation model has gradually exposed structural contradictions such as lagging response, insufficient matching accuracy and resource waste, which is difficult to meet the actual needs of enterprises for flexible employment and dynamic post management. In view of the above problems, this study focuses on how electronic technology can realize the flexible allocation of human resources through digital tools, and proposes a technical path with intelligent scheduling system, skill map platform and real-time labor data analysis model as the core, to build a closed-loop mechanism covering the whole process of “demand forecasting capacity matching dynamic scheduling”.
