探讨心理护理在眼科护理的作用(Exploring the role of psychological care in ophthalmic nursing)
刘霞 Xia Liu Abstract: Objective To evaluate the application strategies of psychological care in ophthalmic nursing, aiming to improve the quality of ophthalmic nursing. Methods The study was conducted in the ophthalmology department. 70 patients admitted to the department from February 2025 to May 2026 were selected as the research subjects. The basic information of all patients was investigated and analyzed by nurses, and those meeting the inclusion criteria were selected. To explore the effect of psychological care in ophthalmic nursing, the 70 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The former continued to implement routine care, while the observation group received psychological care. The psychological state scores, hospitalization time, and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the psychological state scores of both groups decreased. The score of the observation group was significantly lower (P < 0.05 ), indicating that the psychological state of the patients in the observation group was significantly better. In terms of hospitalization time, the observation group (3.44 ± 0.26) days and the control group (5.28 ± 0.46) days, the hospitalization time of the observation group was significantly shorter (P < 0.05 ). At the same time, according to the assessment, the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05 ). Conclusion Implementing psychological care in ophthalmic nursing can alleviate patients' psychological stress, shorten hospitalization time, and improve patient satisfaction.
