护理安全在眼科护理管理中的应用探讨(Discussion on the Application of Nursing Safety in Ophthalmic Nursing Management)
刘霞 Xia Liu Abstract:Objective To achieve the goal of improving the management level of ophthalmic care, this paper focuses on exploring the utility value of strengthening nursing safety. Methods A total of 134 patients were selected for comparison. All were admitted to the ophthalmology department. The groups were divided by lottery. The number of patients in the control group and the observation group was the same, both being 67. The former continued with routine care, while the latter strengthened safety management. The actual application eff ects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The data of the experimental group showed that the scores of each dimension of nursing management quality were higher than those of the control group. At the same time, compared with the control group, the incidence of adverse events in the observation group was signifi cantly reduced, and the nursing satisfaction rate was signifi cantly improved (P < 0.05). Conclusion For ophthalmic patients, the implementation of nursing safety measures not only helps to signifi cantly improve the management level of nursing, but also can signifi cantly avoid and reduce the occurrence of adverse events, and obtain a higher evaluation of nursing satisfaction.
