微生态制剂联合甲硝唑治疗复发性细菌性阴道炎的有效性评价(Evaluation of the effectiveness of microbial preparations combined with metronidazole in the treatment of recurrent bacterial vaginosis)

Abstract：Objective To explore the effectiveness of microecological preparations combined with metronidazole in the treatmentof recurrent bacterial vaginosis.Methods 78 patients with recurrent bacterial vaginosis admitted to our hospital from April 2025 toAugust 2025 were randomly divided into anobservation group and a control group, with 38 cases in each group.The control groupand observation group were treated with metronidazole and microecologicalpreparations combined with metronidazole respectively.Results The treatment effectiveness rate of the observation group was 97.37%, which was significantly higher than that of the con-trol group; the recovery time of mucosal congestion,vaginal pain, vulvar itching, and abnormal leucorrhea in the observation groupwas significantly better than that of the control group; the mental health, physical function, psychological function, and emotionalfunction of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, with statistical significance( P <0.05).Conclusion The implementation of microecological preparations combined with metronidazole treatment in patients with recurrentbacterial vaginosis can reduce the irritation of harmful bacterial metabolites on the vaginal and vulvar skin and mucous membranes,and quickly relieve itching. Compared with treatment with metronidazole alone, which requires waiting for the slow recovery of the own microecology, it can significantly shorten the improvement period of vulvar itching and abnormal leucorrhea, which is worthy ofreference.
