微信小程序VR 全景融合传统带教的混合式教学在手术室护理实习生临床教学中的实践与效果分析(Practice and effect analysis of hybrid teaching using WeChat mini-program VR panorama and traditional teaching in clinical teaching of nursing interns in operating rooms)
郑杰宝 Jiebao Zheng Abstract: In the context of medical informatization and education digitalization reform, clinical teaching of operating room nursing has encountered many difficulties, such as tight teaching resources, limited opportunities for practice, and the difficulty of traditional teaching methods to fully meet personalized learning needs. In the process of clinical teaching activities for nursing interns in the operating room, there are situations where the operational risks are high, the scenes are difficult to reproduce, and the learning efficiency is uneven. In response to these situations, we started researching and trying to combine the VR panoramic technology of WeChat applet with traditional teaching methods to form a hybrid teaching model. Specifically, a WeChat applet is designed and developed. This applet can integrate VR panoramic simulation of the operating room environment, demonstration functions for key operations, and related modules for interactive learning, and then combine it with offline teacher-student interaction sessions and real-time guidanceand feedback to build a complete closed-loop teaching path of "online preview - offline reinforcement - online consolidation." This paper focuses on the empirical analysis of the effect of this model on improving interns' familiarity with the operating room environment, standardization of aseptic operations, emergency response capabilities, and learning satisfaction. Controlled experiments and other methods are used to collect and compare two different sets of data. The final research results show that this model can greatly enhance the on-site experience and operational confidence of interns, improve their understanding and mastery of operating room processes, and also help optimize the allocation of teaching resources and improve the efficiency of teaching work. This model can provide a set of digital solutions for nursing clinical teaching that can be copied and promoted, and has a positive demonstration effect in promoting the development of nursing education models in an innovative direction.
