异维 A 酸联合他克莫司软膏治疗脂溢性皮炎的有效性及安全性探讨
王凤娟 Fengjuan Wang Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the efficacy, safety, treatment satisfaction and short-term recurrence rate of oral isotretinoin combined with topical tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of seborrheic dermatitis(SD). Methods:A total of 120 patients with SD diagnosed at the dermatology outpatient clinic of our hospital from January to December 2025 were enrolled and randomly divided into combination group(n=60)and control group(n=60). The combination group received oral isotretinoin(0.3 mg/(kg·d))plus topical 0.1% tacrolimus ointment, while the control group received 0.1% tacrolimus ointment alone;the treatment duration was 8 weeks for both groups. Clinical efficacy, adverse events, treatment satisfaction and recurrence rate within 4 weeks after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of the combination group was 100.0%(60/60),higher than 91.7%(55/60)of the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse events in the combination group was 18.3%(11/60),lower than 41.7%(25/60)in the control group(P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of the combination group was 96.7%(58/60),higher than 81.7%(49/60)of the control group(P<0.05). The recurrence rate within 4 weeks of follow-up was 5.0%(3/60)in the combination group, lower than 16.7%(10/60)in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Oral isotretinoin combined with topical tacrolimus ointment can significantlyimprove the clinical efficacy and treatment satisfaction, and reduce the short-term recurrence rate of SD,with a low incidence of adverse events;it is safe and worthy of clinical promotion.
