延续性护理对炎症性肠病患者治疗依从性及自我管理能力的影响（The Impact of Continuous Care on Treatment Adherence and Self-Management Ability in Patients with Inflammatory Bowel Disease）

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of implementing continuity of care on the compliance and self-management ability of patients with inflammatory bowel disease, and provide reference for clinical intervention of inflammatory bowel disease patients.Methods 86 patients with inflammatory bowel disease enrolled in our hospital from January 2024 to January 2026 were randomly divided into two groups, with 43 patients in each group. The control group received routine care after discharge, while the observation group received continuous care. The treatment compliance, self-management ability, and recurrence probability of the two groups were analyzed.Results The compliance and self-management ability scores were better than those of the control group, and the recurrence probability was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05 ).Conclusion Implementing continuity of care for patients with inflammatory bowel disease suggests that it can improve their treatment compliance to a certain extent, enhance their self-management ability, and reduce the probability of recurrence.
