康复护理在中医骨科门诊患者护理中的效果（The Eff ect of Rehabilitation Nursing in the Nursing of Outpatient Patients in Traditional Chinese Medicine Orthopedics）

Abstract：Objective To observe the eff ect of rehabilitation nursing on cases received in traditional Chinese medicine orthopedic outpatient clinics. Methods 74 cases (n=74) from the Traditional Chinese Medicine Orthopedics Outpatient Department of our hospital were included, all of whom visited from May 2023 to May 2024. They were randomly divided into Group A and Group B, with the former receiving routine care (n=37) and the latter receiving rehabilitation care (n=37). Calculate the diff erences between two groups. The results showed that the pain score (VAS) and complication statistics were higher in group A than in group B (P <0.05).The functional score (JOA), life score (SF-36), and patient satisfaction statistics showed that Group A was lower than Group B(P <0.05). Conclusion Implementing rehabilitation nursing has a positive eff ect on outpatient cases of traditional Chinese medicine orthopedics, which can help patients relieve physiological pain and promote the improvement of their bodily functions; At the same time, it can reduce the risk of complications, promote the improvement of patients’ living conditions, have high case recognition, and have high clinical implementation value.
