常规模拟系统在护理规范操作实训中的“进阶式”教学策略优化(Optimization of the Progressive Teaching Strategy Using Conventional Simulation Systems in Standard Nursing Procedure Training)

Abstract:With the increasing demand for practical competence in higher vocational education,nursing practical teaching is urgently required to shift toward systematic and hierarchical instruction.The application of conventional simulation systems is plagued by fragmented content,inadequate difficulty gradients and insufficient progressive logic,which restricts students’effective transformation from basic cognition to clinical competence.This study optimizes the progressive teaching strategy and constructs a competency-oriented stepped training model.The results demonstrate that this model significantly improves students’operational standardization and comprehensive professional qualities.The average score of the final skill assessment increases by 8.2 points,and the completeness rate of operation procedures in comprehensive simulation scenarios rises by 18.1 percentage points,providing a replicable teaching paradigm for the application of conventional simulation systems.
