左氧氟沙星加阿奇霉素联用对门诊宫颈炎患者的治疗效果探讨（Exploration of the Therapeutic Effect of Levofloxacin Combined with Azithromycin in Outpatients with Cervicitis）

Abstract：Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of levofloxacin combined with azithromycin in outpatients with cervicitis. Methods Ninety patients were selected from August 2023 to August 2025 and divided into two groups by random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with levofloxacin combined with azithromycin, while the control group was treated with azithromycin alone. The levels of serum inflammatory factors (CRP, IL-6, TNF-α), clinical symp- tom scores, quality of life scores, incidence of adverse reactions, and recurrence rate after 6 months of treatment were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Regarding the levels of serum inflammatory factors such as CRP, IL-6, and TNF-α, there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment ( P >0.05); after treatment, the levels in the observation group were significantly lower (P <0.05). For clinical symptom scores, there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment ( P >0.05); after treatment, the clinical symptom scores in the observation group were significantly lower ( P <0.05). Regarding quality of life scores, there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment ( P >0.05); after treatment, the quality of life scores in the observation group were significantly higher ( P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups ( P >0.05); however, the recurrence rate after 6 months of treatment was sig- nificantly lower in the observation group ( P <0.05).Conclusion For outpatients with cervicitis, the combined application of levofloxa- cin and azithromycin can rapidly improve clinical symptoms, promote physical recovery, and enhance the quality of life. The clinical therapeutic effect is significant and worthy of promotion.
