奥美拉唑与泮托拉唑分别联合阿莫西林治疗胃溃疡的临床有效率分析(Clinical efficacy analysis of omeprazole and pantoprazole combinedwith amoxicillin in the treatment of gastric ulcer)

Abstract：Objective To investigate the efficacy of omeprazole and pantoprazole combined with amoxicillin in the treatment of gas-tric ulcer patients.Methods 120 patients with gastric ulcer who were treated in our hospital from June 2023 to December 2024 wereselected and divided into two groups by blind selection method, namely, control group (omeprazole + amoxicillin, n=60) and obser-vation group (pantoprazole + amoxicillin, n=60). The symptom relief time, curative effect and Hp clearance rate of the two groupswere analyzed and compared.Results The time of symptom relief in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The efficiency of treatment and Hp clearance rate in the observation groupwere higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacyof pantoprazole combined with amoxicillin in the treatment of gastric ulcer is better than that of omeprazole combined with amoxicil-lin, which can relieve symptoms more quickly, improve the rate of ulcer healing and Hp eradication, and is worthy of clinical appli-cation.
