多元化康复护理干预在老年髋部骨折患者围手术期中的效果及满意度评价（Effect and Satisfaction Evaluation of Diversified Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention in the Perioperative Period of Elderly Patients with Hip Fracture）

Abstract：Objective To explore the practical effect of diversified rehabilitation nursing for elderly patients with hip fracture. Methods A randomized trial design was adopted. From February 2025 to September 2025, 80 elderly patients with hip fractures who were treated in our hospital were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received diversified rehabilitation nursing on this basis. The two groups were compared in terms of Harris hip function score, quality of life, satisfaction, and pain level.Results In terms of scores in each dimension of the Harris Hip Score, the observation group had higher scores (P < 0.05); in terms of quality of life, the observation group had a higher level (P < 0.05); in terms of nursing satisfaction, the observation group had a higher satisfaction rate (P < 0.05); in terms of pain level, the observation group had a lower pain level (P < 0.05). Conclusion The introduction of diversified rehabilitation nursing in the nursing practice for elderly patients with hip fractures achieves more favorable outcomes than conventional nursing. It can further improve hip joint function, reduce pain and discomfort, and enhance the quality of life as well as satisfaction of patients.
