基于睡眠医学的电子诊疗技术现状与发展方向分析(Analysis of the current situation and development direction of electronic diagnosis and treatment technology based on sleep medicine)

Nowadays, the clinical demand for sleep medicine is growing. The electronic diagnosis and treatment technology is no longer limited to a single multi-channel sleep monitoring, but also extended to wearable devices, remote monitoring and intelligent analysis systems. The technical process covering screening, diagnosis and follow-up has been initially established. However, the existing electronic diagnosis and treatment tools still have big shortcomings: the signal formats and standards collected by different devices are not unified, and the problem of data island is prominent; The recognition accuracy of automatic interpretation algorithm for complex sleep events is insufficient, and clinical decision-making mostly depends on the experience of doctors; The interference control and data reliability in the home scene are not effectively guaranteed, making the electronic technology not really integrated into the whole process management of sleep diseases. Combined with the cross research direction of sleep medicine and electronic technology, this paper proposes to build a hierarchical collaborative framework of “front-end wearable sensing - middle end edge intelligent processing - terminal trusted diagnosis and treatment decision”, and analyzes the key links such as signal fusion, feature alignment, interpretable modeling, etc.
