基于真实病例的手术室麻醉情景模拟教学模式构建与评价(Construction and Evaluation of a Surgical Anesthesia Simulation Teaching Model Based on Real Cases)
漆泽玉 Zeyu Qi Abstract:Objective To establish an in-surgery anesthesia situational teaching model based on real clinical case data, and to explore its application value in improving the clinical skills and response capabilities of anesthesia intern physicians, as well as their job competence, in order to provide practical guidance for further optimizing the anesthesia clinical teaching model. Methods 80anesthesia clinical intern students admitted to a certain hospital from July 2023 to July 2024 were selected as the research subjects, and they were randomly divided into the reference group and the research group, with 40 cases in each group. The reference group adopted the traditional teaching mode for anesthesia practical teaching activities, while the research group carried out anesthesia practical teaching work using the situational teaching model. This situation lasted for three months, and fi nally, we compared the theoretical examination scores, practical operation assessment scores, emergency handling ability evaluation scores, and students’ learning satisfaction of the two groups. Results The theoretical knowledge, practical skills, and emergency ability of the students in the observation group were signifi cantly better than those in the control group, and the teaching satisfaction score of the observation group was also better than that of the control group; the above data comparisons were statistically significant (p < 0.05). Conclusion The surgical anesthesia simulation teaching method based on real cases can effectively overcome the shortcomings of the conventional education model, enhance students’ comprehensive clinical abilities, improve the quality and specifi city of anesthesia teaching, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
