基于大数据的人力资源动态配置中面临的问题及对策(Problems and Countermeasures in the dynamic allocation of human resources based on big data)

Absrtact:With the rapid development of big data technology, enterprise human resource management has shifted from the traditional static configuration to the dynamic and intelligent mode. At present, in the process of dynamic allocation of human resources, the problem of data island is relatively large, the quality of data is high or low, the adaptability of algorithm model is insufficient, and privacy and ethical risks are also prominent. These problems make the efficiency of talent flow and job matching not high, and it is impossible to achieve real precise allocation and dynamic optimization. This paper uses big data analysis technology to build a dynamic human resource allocation framework covering data collection and integration, feature engineering, job demand and employee ability matching model, and dynamic feedback mechanism.
