基于中医特色护理技术的胃肠道肿瘤患者疼痛管理（Pain Management of Gastrointestinal Tumor Patients Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Characteristic Nursing Techniques）

Abstract：Objective To explore the application value of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing techniques combined with conventional analgesic schemes in the management of cancer pain in patients with gastrointestinal tumors,and to construct a standardized nursing model for cancer pain that combines traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Methods 80 patients with gastrointestinal tumors who visited our hospital from December 2025 to February 2026 were selected as the observation subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group (conventional nursing+WHO three-step drug analgesia) and an observation group (combined with traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing techniques) using a double-blind method.The pain relief and adverse reactions of each group were compared.Result There was no statistically significant difference in pain scores between the two groups before intervention;After intervention,the pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);The pain relief efficiency of the observation group was higher,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower,with a difference value of P<0.05. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing techniques can effectively enhance the relief of cancer pain in patients with gastrointestinal tumors, reduce adverse drug reactions,and are worthy of clinical adoption.
