围麻醉期急救技能分层教学在麻醉护理人员培训中的应用价值(The application value of hierarchical teaching of emergency skills during the peri-anesthesia period in the training of anesthesia nursing staff)
赖真敏 Zhenmin Lai Abstract:Objective In response to the current situation where the traditional unified training cannot meet the requirements of nurses and physicians at different levels; uneven rescue capabilities; and varying safety risks before, during, and after surgeries, this study explores the modular training model for emergency skills and proposes the following solutions - stratified training. In order to improve the overall emergency rescue level of the team, it is hoped to improve the in-hospital emergency talent training mechanism through this approach, ensuring the safety of anesthesia in the operating room. Methods 68 on-duty anesthesia nurses from a tertiary hospital were randomly selected for sampling. Half of them were trained using the conventional comprehensive education + group practice method of the hospital as the control group; the other half were divided into low-level group, medium-high level group, and high-level group based on their work experience, qualification level, and initial emergency assessment scores, and then guided by the targeted teaching method. This process lasted for 6 months. Finally, the examination results and the number of problems encountered during actual operations of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The emergency theory and skills assessment scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group; the incidence of adverse events such as equipment errors, operational mistakes, and untimely handling during the anesthesia process was lower than that of the control group; the comparison results were statistically significant (P < 0.05 ). Conclusion The hierarchical teaching method can specifically target the shortcomings of nurses’abilities and implement teaching work, promoting the rapid and effective transformation of theoretical knowledge into clinical rescue practical experience, improving the construction level of the rescue team in this department, and has the practical significance of widely promoting and applying it as the routine training mode for anesthesia nursing staff.
