双碳目标下新能源企业员工职业倦怠的心理干预与管理方案(Psychological intervention and management plan for occupational burnout of employees in new energy enterprises under the dual carbon target)

Abstract: Driven by the strategic goals of "peak carbon emissions and carbon neutrality", new energy enterprises have entered a period of rapid development. However, factors such as intensified industry competition, accelerated technological iteration, and rising performance indicators have also led to the increasingly prominent problem of employee burnout. Occupational burnout not only affects the physical and mental health and work performance of employees, but also constrains the efficiency of sustainable development and the implementation of dual carbon goals in enterprises. This article is based on the theory of resource conservation and a three-dimensional model of occupational burnout. Through a questionnaire survey of 867 employees in 23 new energy enterprises, the current situation, causes, and influencing factors of occupational burnout among employees in new energy enterprises under the background of the dual carbon goal are analyzed. A "prevention intervention consolidation" full chain psychological intervention system and a "organization team individual" three-level management optimization plan are constructed to provide theoretical support and practical reference for new energy enterprises to alleviate employee occupational burnout and improve human resource management efficiency.
