参松养心胶囊联合常规西医治疗气阴两虚络脉瘀阻型心悸的临床疗效及安全性观察
王凤娟 Fengjuan Wang Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and medication safety of Shensong Yangxin Capsule combined with conventional basic western medicine regimen in the treatment of patients with palpitations of Qi-Yin deficiency and heart collateral stasis pattern, and to quantitatively compare the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups. Methods:A total of 82 patients with palpitations admitted to the Department of Cardiology of our hospital from December 2024 to February 2026 were enrolled and divided into a control group and an observation group via random number table method, with 41 cases in each group. The control group received conventional basic cardiovascular therapy combined with lifestyle intervention;on the basis of the treatment for the control group, the observation group was additionally given oral Shensong Yangxin Capsule for continuous intervention of 8 weeks. The frequency of palpitations, duration of single attack,TCM syndrome scores and premature beat load on 24-hour ambulatory electrocardiogram before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. The overall clinical effective rate was calculated, and the incidence of various adverse reactions was recorded item by item and compared. Results:There were no statistically significant differences in all observation indicators between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). After 8 weeks of treatment, palpitations,TCM syndromes and arrhythmia load in both groups were improved compared with those before treatment. Moreover, the reduction amplitude of palpitations attack frequency, attack duration, syndrome scores, and the improvement degree of premature beat load in the observation group were superior to those in the control group (P<0.05). In terms of adverse reactions, the total incidence rate of adverse reactions was 7.32% in the observation group versus 21.95% in the control group. The incidence rates of gastrointestinal discomfort, dizziness and skin allergy in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05),and no serious adverse events occurred. Conclusion:Combination therapy of Shensong Yangxin Capsule and conventional western medicine can significantly relieve clinical symptoms and reduce arrhythmia attacks in patients with palpitations of Qi-Yin deficiency and collateral stasis pattern, with higher overall medication safety, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
