压疮预警+整体护理在风湿性心脏病患者行体外循环下心瓣膜置换术手术室护理中的效果分析（Effect analysis of early warning of pressure sore and holistic nursing in operating room nursing of patients with rheumatic heart disease undergoing heart valve replacement under cardiopulmonary bypass）

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of pressure sore early warning and holistic nursing mode in the nursing of patients with rheumatic heart disease undergoing heart valve replacement under cardiopulmonary bypass.Methods 120 patients with rheumatic heart disease who underwent valve replacement under cardiopulmonary bypass in our hospital from July 2020 to July 2023 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into control group (n=60) and experimental group (n=60).The control group was given routine nursing care in the operating room, while the experimental group was given “early warning of pressure sore+holistic nursing care”on the basis of routine nursing care.The operation-related indexes, the incidence of pressure sore during operation and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in operation time,cardiopulmonary bypass time and aortic occlusion time between the two groups (P>0.05).The incidence of pressure sore in the experimental group was 3.33%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than that of patients in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In the nursing care of patients with rheumatic heart disease undergoing heart valve replacement under cardiopulmonary bypass,the application of “early warning of pressure ulcer+holistic nursing” mode can effectively reduce the risk of pressure ulcer during operation,significantly improve the nursing satisfaction of patients,and does not affect the operation process,which is worth popularizing in the heart operating room.
