医院建设工程安全管理现状分析与研究（Analysis and Research on the Current Status of Safety Management in Hospital Construction Projects）

Abstract: Hospitals are special public service venues integrating diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, scientific research, and education. The safety of hospital construction is directly related to the lives and property of medical staff, patients, and their families, serving as a crucial prerequisite and fundamental guarantee for the high-quality development of medical services. This paper focuses on hospital construction safety, covering key areas such as construction safety, fire safety, electrical safety, and special equipment safety. It reviews the current state of safety management in hospital construction in China, systematically analyzes prominent safety hazards throughout the construction and operation processes, and proposes targeted optimization strategies from four dimensions: institutional development, technical prevention, personnel management, and regulatory enhancement. These strategies aim to improve safety management in hospital construction, prevent and mitigate various safety risks, and provide theoretical support and practical guidance for creating a safe and orderly medical environment.
