分析预见性护理在肛肠外科患者中的临床护理效果观察
王秀 Xiu Wang, 王领 Ling Wang Abstract:Objective: To explore the application effect of predictive nursing intervention in patients undergoing anorectal surgery. Methods: A total of 120 patients who received surgical treatment in the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine Anorectal Surgery of our hospital from July 2024 to October 2025 were selected as research subjects, and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. Routine nursing was adopted in the control group, while the predictive nursing program was implemented on the basis of routine nursing in the observation group. The negative emotions, postoperative pain, nursing satisfaction and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results: There was no significant difference in the preoperative Numeric Rating Scale (NRS)scores between the two groups (P>0.05);the postoperative NRS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that of the control group, with statistically significant differences between groups (P<0.05).Conclusion: The application of predictive nursing in patients undergoing anorectal surgery can alleviate patients' anxiety and depression, relieve postoperative pain, improve nursing satisfaction, and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, which has certain clinical promotion value.
