分子数学、物理与电子信息学科的交叉演进与未来发展综述(Review on the cross evolution and future development of molecular mathematics, physics and electronic information)

Absrtact:Molecular mathematics, physics and electronic information disciplines are integrated with each other, and multi-level research directions such as molecular structure characterization, quantum state regulation, and molecular information processing have been formed. However, at present, each branch is still developing independently, and there is no unified corresponding relationship between conceptual system, mathematical tools and physical interpretation, making it difficult to integrate interdisciplinary achievements. Most of the existing researches focus on the specific technical links, and fail to systematically sort out the internal relations of the three from the methodological level, especially fail to get through the logical chain from the molecular scale information carrier to the realization of electronic information functions. The main reason for this problem is that various disciplines have long followed different paradigm traditions and research objectives, mathematics focuses on formal structure, physics focuses on real laws, electronic information emphasizes the realization of functions, inter disciplinary terminology barriers are relatively large, interdisciplinary research relies more on case studies, and lacks a stable framework. In order to alleviate the above difficulties, taking “molecular scale information processing”as the unified direction, this paper attempts to put the algebraic and topological methods in molecular mathematics, the description of quantum mechanics and statistical mechanics in physics, and the concepts of signal and coding in electronic information science into the same analysis framework, and sort out the internal logic of cross integration from the three levels of concept mapping, theory docking and function orientation.
