农业面源污染的隐形推手:农户行为逻辑与治理路径(The Hidden Driver of Agricultural Nonpoint Source Pollution: Farmers’Behavioral Logic and Governance Pathways)

Abstract:Agricultural non-point source pollution is a significant environmental issue currently limiting sustainable agricultural development. Addressing this problem requires not only solving technical challenges but also understanding farmers’behavioral logic. Existing studies primarily analyze pollution causes and control measures from macro-policy or natural technical perspectives, lacking systematic exploration of how farmers, as micro-level decision-makers, inadvertently drive pollution diffusion through their behavioral motivations. This paper establishes an “awareness-motivation-action”analytical framework by examining farmers' decision-making patterns in agricultural production when faced with multiple factors such as economic benefits, risk avoidance, and social norms, analyzing how these patterns lead to excessive and improper use of inputs like fertilizers and pesticides, thereby contributing to non-point source pollution.
