Abstract：With the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization, the ecological function of agricultural land resources has been continuously compressed, and the traditional economic accounting system has long ignored the ecological value of such resources, resulting in prominent problems such as ecological cost spillover and lack of compensation mechanism in land development and utilization. At present, there is no unified standard for the ecological value assessment of agricultural land resources, and the work related to compensation mostly stays at the level of policy requirements, so it is impossible to form a systematic and feasible system scheme. This paper focuses on the quantitative evaluation method of ecological value of agricultural land resources, as well as the construction logic of the compensation mechanism, defines the connotation and components of ecological value from the theoretical level, and then formulates a compensation framework based on fairness and efficiency.
