全流程质量控制在血液细胞检验中的应用效果及对检测准确性的影响研究
李萌 Meng Li Abstract:Objective:To explore the standardized implementation methods and clinical application effect of whole?process quality control for blood cell test, clarify the improvement value of quality?control intervention for test accuracy, specimen qualification rate and clinical service quality, and provide evidence?based reference for optimizing the quality management of clinical blood test and ensuring accurate diagnosis and treatment. Methods:A total of 800 blood cell test samples and 6 full?time laboratory staff from our institution between January 2024 and September 2025 were selected as research subjects. They were divided into control group and observation group according to the implementation time of quality?control intervention, with 400 cases in each group. The control group(January?September 2024)adopted the conventional laboratory management mode without a special standardized quality?control system. The observation group(October 2024?September 2025)established and implemented a whole?process quality?control system covering pre?test, intra?test and post?test phases, and standardized the whole?chain procedures including specimen collection, transportation and storage, instrument and reagent management, standardized operation,as well as result review and feedback. The unqualified specimen rate, detection error rate of core blood routine indicators and clinical department satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:The unqualified specimen rate of the observation group was 1.25%,significantly lower than 4.75% of the control group(*P*<0.05). The error rates of core detection indicators including red blood cell count, white blood cell count, hemoglobin and platelet in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(*P*<0.05). The clinical satisfaction rate of the observation group was 98.50%,higher than 92.25% of the control group, and the inter?group difference was statistically significant(*P*<0.05).Conclusion:Whole?process quality control for blood cell test can effectively avoid risks in each testing link, reduce unqualified specimen rate and detection errors, and significantly improve the accuracy and reliability of blood routine test results. It meets the demands of clinical accurate diagnosis and treatment, and can be popularized and applied as a routine quality?management scheme for clinical laboratory departments.
