光伏火电厂参与调峰调频的协同控制技术研究(Research on collaborative control technology of photovoltaic thermal power plant participating in peak shaving and frequency regulation)

Abstract: with the continuous promotion of China's "double carbon" goal, the high proportion of renewable energy connected to the grid poses a severe challenge to the safe and stable operation of the power system. The intermittence and fluctuation of photovoltaic power generation lead to the sharp increase of peak shaving and frequency regulation pressure of the system. Although the traditional thermal power unit has the regulation ability, frequent deep regulation will significantly reduce its operation efficiency and life, and the response speed is difficult to meet the requirements of fast frequency response. In order to improve the capacity of new energy consumption and ensure the frequency quality of power grid, it is urgent to study the optimal control technology of photovoltaic and thermal power collaborative participation in peak shaving and frequency regulation. In this paper, a cooperative control strategy based on model predictive control is proposed for photovoltaic thermal power generation system. The strategy constructs a multi-objective optimization model including photovoltaic output prediction, thermal power unit climbing constraints and power grid frequency regulation demand, and uses the rolling optimization and feedback correction mechanism to dynamically coordinate the active power reserve of photovoltaic inverter and the output adjustment of thermal power units, so as to realize the deep peak shaving capacity allocation in the peak shaving process and the fast power support in the frequency regulation process.
