Abstract：Agricultural extension technology innovation capability can drive agricultural modernization and rural revitalization.However, in practice, extension systems often suffer from issues such as the disconnect between research and production, lowefficiency in technology transfer, and insufficient professional competence of extension personnel. The traditional one-way technologydelivery model fails to meet the complex and variable demands of agricultural production. This paper addresses theseproblems by focusing on the industry-university-research collaboration model and exploring specific pathways to enhance agriculturalextension technology innovation capability. It establishes a collaborative innovation framework involving universities,research institutions, agricultural enterprises, and extension departments. Combining case analysis and questionnaire surveys, thestudy comprehensively examines key elements of the collaboration mechanism, including knowledge sharing, resource integration,and benefit distribution.
