乡村振兴背景下林业农业协同促进林下经济高质量发展（Under the background of rural revitalization, forestry and agriculture cooperate to promote the high quality development of under forest economy）

Abstract：The Rural Revitalization Strategy has brought new development opportunities to the under forest economy. However, at present, forestry and agriculture are still relatively separated in terms of resource use, industrial planning, and business entities, resulting in practical problems in the under forest economy, such as weakened ecological functions, prominent product homogeneity, short industrial chain, and little increase in farmers' income. Breaking through the single industrial boundary, completing the coordination between forestry and agriculture, and promoting the under forest economy from inefficient dispersion to high-quality integration are the core problems to be solved at present. Based on the system coupling theory, this paper builds a three-dimensional collaborative framework of "ecology production management", and studies the complementary mechanism between the ecological conservation function of forestry and the advantage of intensive production of agriculture in the understory space. After analyzing the operation logic of typical models such as forest medicine, forest bacteria and forest birds, it is found that forestry can provide stable microclimate and biological barrier for agriculture, and agriculture can help forest land improve soil through fine management and recycling technology, which form a positive feedback in the space-time configuration and material circulation. This paper makes it clear that the core of collaborative development is to establish a forest land circulation system with clear rights and responsibilities, cultivate compound business entities, and build a global brand and quality traceability system.
