Abstract： Objective The purpose of this study was to observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine medicated bath in the treatment of neonatal jaundice, and to explore its skin care methods.Methods The newborns who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups, the conventional treatment group and the traditional Chinese medicine bath adjuvant treatment group. The serum bilirubin, jaundice disappearance time and other indicators of the two groups were observed to evaluate the difference between the two groups.Results The traditional Chinese medicine bath adjuvant treatment group was superior to the conventional treatment group in reducing serum bilirubin and jaundice regression time. The two groups of traditional Chinese medicine bath adjuvant treatment of neonatal skin care are comparable, and the skin of the children before the bath is fully examined and prepared；the time of water temperature in the medicated bath was reasonably controlled and the skin condition was closely observed. After the medicated bath, pay attention to the clean and dry skin surface and prevent infection.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine bath adjuvant treatment of neonatal jaundice and scientific skin care has clinical practice experience.
