Abstract: To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine on infantile anorexia can provide theoretical reference for related research and guide clinical practice. Infantile anorexia is a common digestive system dysfunction disease in pediatrics. In recent years, more and more children are ill. Long term anorexia will lead to insufficient nutrition intake, affect growth and development and immunity, and cause secondary problems such as recurrent respiratory tract infections. At present, western medicine mainly provides zinc supplement for children, gastrointestinal motility promoting drugs or probiotics for symptomatic intervention, which can see certain effect in the short term, but it is easy to relapse after drug withdrawal, the coordination degree of children's long-term medication is not high, and it is difficult to adjust children's visceral function as a whole. Based on the overall idea and the principle of syndrome differentiation and treatment, starting from the core pathogenesis of spleen and stomach dyskinesia, liver qi stagnation, and food retention, this paper uses comprehensive therapies such as oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine, pediatric massage, and acupoint application to regulate the rise and fall of Qi and restore the function of spleen and stomach, which has unique advantages in improving appetite and promoting digestion and absorption.
